From 2002-2007 Blue Frog Technologies has completed four projects for NASA which have resulted in the upgrade and development of four tools:

landing to launch effects ground model (LLEGO). A knowledge based time and cost assessment model for reusable and expendable flight elements. It considers factors such as the technologies and maturity of subsystems, size, and supply chain/ business approaches.

reliability, maintainability and safety design development and requirements balancing tool. This model uses basic reliability modeling principles to estimate the maintainability burden on a space transportation system given the design parameters: number of components, the reliability of components, and the time to repair.

schedule and activity generator/ estimator (SAGE). This tool estimates the turnaround activities and schedule for reusable flight elements based on detailed subsystem information. Knowledge/data for this project came from the root cause analysis project (Lockheed Martin Space Systems). SAGE was integrated to a simulation software (GEM-FLO) from Productivity APEX in order to estimate resource requirements given process variability.

architecture assessment tool -  enhanced (AATe). Top level turnaround cost and time assessment tool for space transportation architectures.
